Public conveniences are located next to the Information Point at the front of the Springfields Outlet Shopping Centre, in the Festival Garden Centre, near Fenscape in the Festival Gardens and at the Play Barn.
Baby Changing facilities are located next to the Information Point at the front of the Springfields Outlet Shopping Centre, near Fenscape in the Festival Gardens and at the Play Barn.

For the benefit of all our visitors only Assistance dogs are allowed on site.
There are two “Link” cash machines located outside next to the Springfields Outlet Shopping Centre Information Point. These are controlled by the provider and have no connection to the Information Point. Any queries must be directed to the card provider.
